MEET ANNE
Anne Chong is a Practising Management Consultant (PMC) and IHRP Senior Professional (IHRP-SP) with over three decades of experience supporting organisations in workforce transformation, organisational change, and SME growth.
She partners with leadership teams to align strategy, structure, and workforce capability, enabling organisations to execute change, build high-performing teams, and scale sustainably.
Her consulting work spans job and organisational redesign, leadership and succession capability, and SME market readiness, helping businesses strengthen internal capability before pursuing growth or regional expansion.
Anne is also an experienced facilitator, designing and delivering programmes on leadership communication, customer conversations, and behavioural influence — recognising that communication is the starting point of leadership, organisational change, and service excellence.
With a Master’s in Learning and Professional Development, she combines behavioural science, practical business strategy, and real-world execution to help organisations build future-ready teams.
